2. Use of the Platform

You agree to:

  • Use the LMS only for lawful educational purposes.

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Not engage in activities that may harm, disrupt, or misuse the platform.

Unauthorized access, hacking, sharing login credentials, or modifying platform content is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

All content available on the platform—including text, videos, images, graphics, software, and course materials—is the exclusive property of RVR Foundations.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any content without our written consent.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
RVR Foundations is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

5. Payments and Refunds

If applicable:

  • All payments made through the platform are processed securely via third-party gateways.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, except as specified under particular program policies.

  • Any refund eligibility will be determined solely by RVR Foundations’ management.

6. Limitation of Liability

RVR Foundations shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform.

  • Any technical errors, interruptions, or data loss beyond our control.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if:

  • The user violates these Terms and Conditions.

  • There is suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.

Termination may occur without prior notice.

8. Modifications to Services

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be reflected with an updated effective date on this page.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
